Quite simply, this is how I intend to live my life every day. There is nothing more important to me than to BE in the moment I’m actually living, rather than losing myself in what was or could be. Not an easy feat, and something that I’m constantly working on, especially with so many distractions vying for my attention. Every day I make this same intention all over again. Somehow, just the act of noticing my wandering thoughts, calms the loud voice inside my head, and allows me to be fully present, if even for a moment, and in that moment, I am in heaven.
