Before I started my 30 day commitment, I would give lip service to making art my priority, but many things would distract me.
Now my feet are being held to the fire by this 30 day commitment, and documenting my journey along the way. This is working so well, that I envision this turning into a 60 day commitment, and then a 120 day, and then the full 365 days!
Even though I’m spending the weekend in Dallas to support my cousin’s move into her new home, I am STILL doing art.
This morning that consisted of looking through 7 magazines for collage source material. I’m bursting with anticipation to be back in my studio so that I can use a few of these amazing images in collages that I’m currently working on. But alas, I’m flying to Omaha today, which is where I’ll be for the next 4 nights. Then finally home for the weekend, and spending yummy time in my beautiful light filled studio!
