Explore Endless Artistic Possibilities with Stencils

I’m thrilled to introduce my latest project—an eight-piece stencil collection!

These stencils, designed in collaboration with Joggles, are perfect for adding that unique, creative touch to your mixed-media artwork. They’re versatile, easy to use, and can serve as finishing touch for your collage art (what I originally created them to do) or as the base for intricate collage papers.

Here’s a quick guide to using them:

1. **Gather Your Supplies:** Grab some molding paste, acrylic paint, a palette knife, and tissue paper.

2. **Apply Molding Paste:** Place your stencil on the tissue, spread the paste evenly with a palette knife, filling the stencil holes without extra smears.

3. **Reveal the Design:** Carefully lift the stencil to uncover a raised pattern—let it dry for a textured effect.

4. **Add Color:** Tint the paste with colors like gold or black for unique effects. Liquitex tinted pastes work great here!

5. **Layer with Paint:** If paste isn’t your thing, use a stamping brush or sponge to apply paint through the stencil for similar depth.

Experiment with layering and combining different designs to make your art more intricate and captivating. Stencils are accessible for all skill levels, letting you easily explore texture, color, and layering.

I can’t wait to see what amazing artwork you create using these stencils. Click HERE to watch the Joggles art demo on these stencils, and click HERE to purchase The Finishing Touch Stencils Collection.
